Many school districts in Indiana do not have school related personnel other than teachers who are part of a union.  If your school related personnel are union, by all means, you should be a member.  If your school related personnel are not an organized union, we'd like to help. 

The IFT offers a Membership-At-Large category.  The one published on this site is intended for those members who are at beginning teacher salary or above.  Since paras are not paid at that level, we do offer a different membership dues.  If you are interested, please contact one of the above staff members for information.
